This entry level temporary position will manage the Wikimedia Foundation's open-source donor database and oversee all development-related donor and prospect research and tracking.

* Responsible for donation entry of all non-online generated donations, and timely delivery of acknowledgments/thank-you letters
* Support general data integrity in CiviCRM
* Help drive the optimization of the Wikimedia Foundation's donor database by giving systematic feedback, including increasing user-friendliness and automation of tasks, and manage the database from a user perspective
* Develop proper processes for organizing information in our donor database

* Willingness and ability to promote Foundation's mission to support the expansion of free knowledge globally
* Comfortable using wiki, mailing list, and office production software is a plus
* Ability to learn our donor database, CiviCRM
