Please add localized messages for some sidebar items:

• MediaWiki:meetings-text/ru > Совещания правления
• MediaWiki:affiliates/ru > Партнёрские организации
• MediaWiki:Givefeedback/ru > Оставить отзыв

Also two notes:

1. Set of messages MediaWiki:Give feedback/ and MediaWiki:Givefeedback/ may be deleted (because in the MediaWiki:Feedback-text used {{int:Growthexperiments-edit-config-feedback-cta}}
2. In Spain version don't seen link to Babel.
