| This resolution unanimously approved the revised and amended Foundation Bylaws. It was passed at an in-person meeting on October 26, 2012. |
RESOLVED, as of October 26, 2012, the Board unanimously resolves to adopt the revised and amended Foundation Bylaws, as set forth here. The updated Bylaws are being adopted to ensure the Foundation's continued compliance with applicable laws and to further clarify certain procedural matters.
This written Resolution will be effective as of 26 October 2012.
