Resolutions Amending the Term of Advisory Board Members Feedback?
This resolution was passed February 2, 2013 at an in person meeting.

Whereas, on July 31, 2006, the Advisory Board was created by the Board of Trustees to provide advice and support on issues relevant to the Wikimedia Foundation; and

Whereas, the Board of Trustees wishes to appoint all members of the Advisory Board on a consistent basis at its first in-person board meeting of each calendar year;

Resolved, the "Length of Service" for members of the Advisory Board shall be amended as follows:

"Advisory Board members will be appointed for a term commencing on the day of appointment until the conclusion of the first in-person Board meeting in the following year, unless otherwise declined, revoked or renewed."
