Resolved, the Board agrees to appoint Denny Vrandečić as Board Treasurer, a non-trustee officer with the powers and authorities granted in the Bylaws and resolutions, thereby replacing the previous Treasurer.
This was passed at our board meeting on November 7, 2015.
