The Board of Trustees of the Wikimedia Foundation wishes to appoint Stephen LaPorte as interim Board Secretary.
Resolved, effective July 18, 2016, the Board unanimously agrees to appoint Stephen LaPorte as Board Secretary, a non-trustee officer with the powers and authorities granted in the Bylaws and resolutions, thereby replacing the previous Secretary.
