| This resolution appointed non-trustee officers as defined in the newly-revised Foundation Bylaws. It was passed unanimously at an in-person meeting on October 26, 2012. |
RESOLVED, that the Board appoints the following non-trustee officers to have the power and authorities granted in the Bylaws:
- Executive Director: Sue Gardner
- Treasurer: Garfield Byrd
- Secretary: Geoff Brigham
This written Resolution will be effective as of 26 October 2012.
