RESOLVED, as of October 26, 2012, the Board unanimously resolves to appoint the following non-trustee officer positions to have the power and authorities granted in the Bylaws:
- Executive Director: Sue Gardner
- Treasurer: Garfield Byrd
- Secretary: Geoff Brigham
This written Resolution will be effective as of 26 October 2012.
