Whereas, the Wikimedia Foundation Annual Plan for fiscal year 2017-18 includes a commitment to contribute US$5 million to the Wikimedia Endowment;

Resolved, the Wikimedia Board of Trustees agrees to contribute US$5 million in FY 2017–18 to the Wikimedia Endowment.
