The Wikimedia Foundation 2016-17 Annual Plan was approved by the Board of Trustees on June 20, 2016. |
Resolved, that the Board of Trustees hereby approves management's proposed 2016 -17 Annual Plan, which includes $63 million of revenues and $63 million of expenses with no increase to the reserves.
If, during the year, management anticipates the reserves will differ materially from the plan, the Board directs management to consult the Chair of the Audit Committee promptly.
