Whereas, the Wikimedia Foundation has taken additional time to develop a plan for its 2020-21 Fiscal Year in order to account for the unusual circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic; and
Whereas, the Board of Trustees previously approved a provisional Foundation budget for the 2020-21 Fiscal Year;
Now, therefore, it is
RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees hereby approves management's proposed annual plan for the 2020-21 fiscal year, which includes $110.5 million of revenues and $108.0 million of expenses; and
RESOLVED, that during the year, if management anticipates the reserves will differ materially from the plan, the Board directs management to consult the Chair of the Audit Committee promptly.
