Resolved, that the Board of Trustees ("Board") appoints the following Trustees to serve as officers of the Board pursuant to the bylaws:
- Chair: Jan-Bart de Vreede
- Vice Chair: Phoebe Ayers
Resolved, that the Board appoints the following Trustees to serve on the committees pursuant to the committee charters:
Audit Committee
- Chair: Stu West
- Member: Samuel Klein
- Alternate: Jimmy Wales
Human Resources Committee
- Chair: Samuel Klein
- Members: Phoebe Ayers, Jan-Bart de Vreede
- Alternate: Alice Wiegand
Governance Committee
- Chair: Alice Wiegand
