Resolved, the Board of Trustees approves the financial funding allocation recommendations of the Funds Dissemination Committee for 2016-17 (Round 2) for the following organizations: Centre for Internet and Society, Wikimedia Armenia, and Wikimedia Norge.

Further Resolved, the Board of Trustees directs the Executive Director, within her authority and discretion, to issue grants to these organizations on behalf of the Wikimedia Foundation.
