This resolution approving the 2007-2008 budget was approved by vote (5 supports, 2 not present) on 6 October 2007.

Whereas the Foundation seeks to plan its income and expenses for the fiscal year 2007–2008,

It is hereby resolved that:

The Board approves the 2007-2008 Budget as presented at the October 2007 Board meeting, in the amount of US$4,611,125 in expenditures.
