| This resolution hiring Carolyn Doran as Chief Operating Officer was approved by vote (6 supports, 1 oppose) on 24 January 2007. |
Whereas the Foundation considers it needs an employee to be responsible for the overall administration, personnel and fiscal management.
Resolved that:
- The board agrees to hire a Chief Operating Officer with the following job description
- Carolyn Doran is hired full-time as COO from January 22nd 2007
- The salary paid to Carolyn Doran will be (see BoardWiki).
- The position will be re-evaluated upon hiring an Executive Director
