Resolutions Frieda Brioschi appointment 2014 Feedback?
This resolution was approved at the August 7, 2014 meeting of the Board of Trustees in London.

Resolved, that the Board of Trustees ("Board") approves and authorize the selection of Frieda Brioschi to fill one of the seats selected by Chapters and Thematic Organizations for the coming term.

Resolved, that Frieda Brioschi is appointed to the Board of Trustees ("Board"), for a term of two years beginning on August 7, 2014, and continuing until September 1, 2016, or until the Board appoints a replacement for that seat, whichever comes first.

This Resolution will be effective as of August 7, 2014.
