Resolved, that Jan-Bart de Vreede is appointed as a member of the Board of Trustees for an additional two-year term, beginning January 1, 2014, and continuing until December 31, 2015. The Board understands however that Jan-Bart intends to resign from this appointment effective December 31, 2014.
