It is hereby resolved that:
- The Board re-appoints Jimmy Wales to serve for another one-year term as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Wikimedia Foundation, beginning December 1, 2007.
Approved with 5 support votes, Jimmy Wales abstains, Michael Davis not present, at Board meeting, October 7, 2007.
