Whereas the Foundation depends heavily on MYSQL software, and the Foundation's technical staff must be knowledgeable about current developments in MYSQL software;

It is hereby resolved that:

  1. Brion Vibber shall attend MYSQL User Conference 2006 on behalf of the Foundation.
  2. The Foundation approves spending up to $2,000 for this conference.
