| This resolution noting that Erik Moeller will continue to be part of the Board (6 supports, 1 abstained) on 12 July 2007. |
Whereas,
- The election officials have submitted to the Board the final election report from the June/July 2007 election for three new board members.
- The report shows that Erik Moeller received the most votes in the election.
It is hereby resolved that:
- Erik Moeller will continue to be a part of the board until 14th July 2009.
