It is hereby resolved that:
The Wikimedia Foundation adopts the whistleblower policy for employees as described in Whistleblower Policy.
Motioned to vote & passed with 6 support votes, 1 absent Board member (Michael Davis) at the face-to-face meeting in Amsterdam, June 12, 2007.
