About me
I'm from Virginia, and currently live in Brooklyn, NY. Before joining the Wikimedia team, I worked for 4 years as a sysadmin/webops engineer for CouchSurfing.org, and helped scale it while it grew from 300K to 4M users. Modern physics is exciting, bicycles are fun, voices are pretty.
My work
I've just joined (Jan 2012) Wikimedia as a backend engineer on the analytics team. I'll be working with Diederik to build and support new systems for gathering and analyzing data. Data data data data data.
