| about my work = I work to support Wikimedians around the world, including Wikimedia chapters, thematic organizations, user groups, and individuals through [[m:Grants:Start|grants and other resources]]. This means that I work broadly across all of the WMF's funding streams, with a focus on supporting the Program Officers that manage [[m:Grants:Project/Rapid|Rapid Grants]], [[m:Grants:Project|Project Grants]], and [[m:Grants:Conference|Conference and Event Grants]]. I have a specific interest in supporting the diversity of the Wikimedia movement and projects, especially in regards to [[m:Community_Engagement/Defining_Emerging_Communities|emerging communities]] and addressing the [[m:Gender_gap|gender gap]].
