About me

I come to Wikimedia with a passion for achieving social impact through strategic grantmaking. Before joining Wikimedia, I worked with foundations focused on supporting sustainable energy policy in China, India, and Europe, enhancing organizational effectivenss and providing programmatic guidance. I enjoy working with teams across the globe to develop strategy, share best practices, and enhance communications. I see my role, both past and present, as supporting the great work of amazing folks around the world. I have spent significant time living and working abroad, including extensive stints in China, India, and Indonesia, and completed a one-year ethnomusicology research fellowship along the Silk Road. I love photography and find inspiration in the natural world.

My work

As Program Officer for the Project and Event Grants (PEG) program, I work in coordination with the volunteer-led Grant Advisory Committee to effectively allocate movement funds and to help grantees design, execute, and measure the effectiveness of their projects.
