About me

I am fluent in English, Arabic, and Greek due to an upbringing that spanned Jordan, Cyprus, and the United States. When I’m not working, you can find me in the kitchen experimenting with global cuisine or in front of the television watching my favorite football team, Arsenal F.C.

My work

I am the Head of Strategic Partnerships for the Middle East and Africa at The Wikimedia Foundation, based out of Amman, Jordan. I work on building strategic partnerships to expand Wikipedia’s awareness and access in my regions. These partnerships range from our Wikipedia Zero project - working closely with mobile operators, to non-profit organizations, governmental collaborations, and the private sector.

Before joining WMF, I held business development roles across a range of industries—from mobile tech to international trade—in the United States, Middle East, and Africa. My educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in finance and business administration from San Jose State University in California.
