Number of ask string options: 4,5,6,7 options
With/without option box
Ask string range eg. Lower: 5, 10, 20, 35, 50/Middle: 10, 20, 35, 50, 100/Higher: eg. 20, 35, 50, 100, 250
Ask string range size eg: smaller: 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 to larger: 5, 20, 50, 100, 250
Play with minimum donation: $1, $2, or $5
Possible other string values: 15, 30, 45, 60, 100

Location: top, bottom, left, right
Size: full horizontal/vertical against a more box like version center aligned with the page.
Colour: blue, red, green (standard wikimedia colours) or prehaps bolder????
