▲My name is Kat Walsh, from Herndon, Virginia (just outside Washington, DC), known on most Wikimedia projects as "Mindspillage".
I am currently on the Communications Committee as chair of the OTRS subcommittee, answering email and coordinating the volunteers answering email. I am also a press contact for the US East Coast; I am happy to do interviews by email, phone, IRC, or in person, and to give presentations. I am currently a student at George Mason University School of Law in Arlington, Virginia, focusing on technology and IP law; I am also a classical bassoonist.

My primary project involvement is on the English Wikipedia, where I am on the Arbitration Committee, am an administrator, and have contributed dozens of articles on classical music. I am also an administrator and an accredited reporter for the English Wikinews, and an administrator on the Meta wiki.
