Generally, I'm a member of the Features team in the Engineering department at the WMF. This means that I work on cool new things to be included on WMF sites.
I started as a contractor, working on the Orgcharts project. I moved on to build the Extension:EtherEditor extension, and work a lot on bringing Extension:UploadWizard into a more modern state.
Lately, I've been working as part of the Parsoid team, which is an attempt to rewrite the Wikitext parser to be more helpful for the VisualEditor project.
