About me

I am a third year law student at Santa Clara School of Law and I have been with the foundation since February of 2014. I specialize in intellectual property (patents specifically) and am passionate about the free exchange of knowledge. I also am passionate about stopping to smell the roses, putting your best foot forward and surrounding yourself with like minded people. I am a firm believer in befriending (or at least trying to befriend) type of people you would like to be. My other interests include spearfishing, travel (usually to spearfish in tropical places) and a good IPA at the end of the day.

My work

As a Legal Intern I work with Legal Counsel on a wide array of matters - really wherever I am needed. I research, write and blog on community and content issues, contracts, intellectual property, international law, licensing, litigation, policy, and privacy.

Disclaimer: I work for the Wikimedia Foundation, and this is the account I intend to use for edits or statements I make in that role. However, the Foundation does not vet all my activity, so edits, statements, or other contributions made by this account may not reflect the views of the Foundation.
