About me

I joined the Wikimedia staff in April 2012 as the Development Associate. I am originally from Evanston, Illinois, where I graduated from Northeastern Illinois University with a bachelor's degree in Economics and a minor in Sociology. I moved to San Francisco in 2010, to serve in AmeriCorps - Public Allies where I worked with communities in the Bay Area, in particular with middle and high school LGBT youth. I also serve on the Board of Directors for Young Nonprofit Professionals Network (YNPN) San Francisco/Bay Area Chapter. I am a huge fan of The Little Mermaid and love Chicago-style pizza.

My work

I with the Community Department's Development Team to raise support from foundations and major donors, and manage the corporate matching gift program.
