About me
Human motivation and relationships fascinate me. Before coming to the Wikimedia Foundation I worked at Couchsurfing for several years, building and leading the Safety team. I love worldwide communities where people work together to build something amazing.
I edit Wikipedia in my personal capacity under the username Rachel.dicerbo. I'm new to the community, and any mistakes I make are in good faith.
My work
As Director of Community Engagement, I support the Community Liaisons in the Product Department, as well as support the Wikipedia community's voice in product development. In this new role, I will be refining and defining our operating methods in coming months.
