It will be a bit tricky because the content of the popup has to be inserted on every page and I would like to change the 'contribute' tab to say 'feedback' if I do this. My real question is: what's your goal? To add social media icons to [[Home]]? I don't think anyone disagrees with this goal necessarily, but [[Template:Social accounts|your implementation]] doesn't seem great. Why big buttons? Why disrupting the flow of the blog RSS entries text? Why not global icons? Why not icons (instead of buttons)? I think this is all reasonable for a discussion somewhere. But have that discussion somewhere on here or Meta-Wiki. The communications team will engage with you, I promise.
