Hi. Completely unrelated to the above, I noticed [https://wikimediafoundation.org/w/index.php?title=Policies&diff=95576&oldid=92274 this change]. That section seems reserved for Board policies (the others there all read "passed"). Is the Board planning to make this a global policy?
