About me

I am a software project manager with experience in waterfall and agile projects, including as Project Manager, ScrumMaster, Product Owner, Scrum coach, usability tester, release manager, and general doer of things that needed to be done that nobody else was doing. I also knit.

My work

As a Program Manager in the Technology Department, I work with the Chief Technology Officer and the Program Manager for Engineering to support the teams in the Technology department. I help the CTO and the team leads plan, set goals, report progress, and budget. I organize and facilitate meetings; partner with Finance for hiring, budget, and administrative support; prepare material for the Board of Trustees; keep track of all hiring; and work to redesign various processes at the Foundation, such as Annual Planning. I reduce and simplify the workload on the CTO and team leads.

Previously at WMF, I supported the Visual Editor team and other teams in the Editing Vertical of the Audiences Department as an Agile Coach in the Team Practices Group, focusing on delivering software, improving processes, and facilitating communication.
