- Diversity & Inclusion - Join in and thrive with us! We are committed to diversity and inclusion. We have established programs to maintain this commitment throughout the employee lifecycle: recruiting, hiring, compensation, training, performance, promotions, leadership, and more. Staff have created several Employee Resource Groups as communities for extra connection and support including, but not limited to:

Meet us: Staff spotlight
Zhou Zhou, Legal Counsel
I work at the Foundation's San Francisco headquarters and live a few miles away in the Bernal Heights neighborhood, one of the more hilly areas in the city. My work as a lawyer for the Foundation focuses on counseling our product and technology on legal issues they face in creating cool and exciting products. I also help support our Board’s work and our anti-censorship efforts. I am honored and thrilled to work everyday with such passionate coworkers and community members in supporting and protecting this global project of our collective altruism - a shining virtual park upon a hill.
