Approval for the Wikimedia Foundation’s Revised Terms of Use

Under the Board Resolution: Delegation of Policy-Making Authority, the Wikimedia Board of Trustees delegated the authority to adopt, alter, and revoke policies to the Executive Director (Chief Executive Officer), who may further delegate such authority to the Wikimedia staff as they deem appropriate. We confirm that the update, posted on June 1, 2023 to become effective June 7, 2023, was approved by the Executive Director and General Counsel.
