The Board of Trustees hereby approves the recommendation of the Funds Dissemination Committee for 2014-2015, Round 2, and directs that the Executive Director implement the recommendation on behalf of the Foundation, within her authority and discretion.[1]
The Board commends the FDC and staff for their thoughtful work in this process, and for making decisions that support and advance the Wikimedia movement.
