Resolved, that the Board appoints Dariusz Jemielniak to serve as the Board Governance Committees Chair, pursuant to the committee's charter.
Resolved, that the Board appoints Patricio Lorente to serve as the Human Resources Committees Chair, pursuant to the committee's charter.
This Resolution will be effective as of September 14, 2015.
