Senior Manager, Fundraising Data & Analytics

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Fundraising Data & Analytics to lead the team who are responsible for managing and evolving our data and analytics practice. The Senior Manager will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of the data systems, processes and analytics underpinning the Wikimedia Foundation’s fundraising program. This includes data controls, training, reporting and analysis, for Digital, Direct Mail, Major Gifts and Endowment fundraising. The Senior Manager will continually assess the data needs for the team and recommend and implement improvements to products, systems and processes. Compensation Philosophy

Salaries at the Wikimedia Foundation are set in a way that is competitive, equitable, and consistent with our values and culture.  

In compliance with local legislation within the US, we post the anticipated annual pay range for each position for applicants with multiple individualized factors, including cost of living in the location, being the determinants of the offered pay.  

For applicants located outside of the US, the pay range will be adjusted to the country of hire. 

We neither ask for nor take into consideration the salary history of applicants. The compensation for a successful applicant will be based on their skills, experience and location.
